Dumpling (장뚱, Jangttung), often referred to as Uncle Dumpling, is the head chef of the Goh-Rong Restaurant and a flavor expert. Uncle Dumpling looks out for Pucca and is always ready to dish out advice, even if it's a little wacky.
Biography[]
In the episode Dance, Pucca, Dance, he asked Pucca to wear his chef costume. Ho and Linguini felt jealous for not thinking of that costume but in the end, Dumpling wore the costume to the party. In the episode Chef Slump, he falls depressed, believing he was the one who left a noodle in the dish so he tells his brothers to go to the chefs challenge to prove their honor.
In Feud Fight he becomes angry with his brothers for having ruined the dish that they were cooking so he left to go work alone starting a new restaurant of unknown contents. In the episode Ring Ring's Party Favours, he had the idea to make a party for Pucca to make her happy, and he sent the invitations to the village with his brothers.
In Netflix's Pucca: Love Recipe, it's revealed he had an unknown rivalry with Dong King, as it's shown in the past his dishes always lost to Dumpling's. However, its only in Dong King's eyes. Dumpling was oblivious to Dong King in general. When they finally meet face to face, Dong King tries to confront him as an enemy. But neither he nor his brothers even recognize Dong King.

He has a black beard and black hair. He wears a gray shirt with black pants and a white apron.
Personality[]
Dumpling can be too nice because he's a people pleaser, which does more harm than good. But Dumpling is not a complete doormat, for he knows when to speak up if it threatens the well being of his family and business.

- In the episode And the Band Played Rong, he is shown to be a fan of hip hop.
- In Pucca: Love Recipe, Dumpling is given a bit of a bigger role as a character. In the finale, it's revealed that Dong King's hatred for Goh-Rong is because in the past he knew Uncle Dumpling and often lost to him in food competitions.
- He's also given a love interest with Mija. But like most of his love interests, this one doesn't last either. In this case, it’s due to Mija being a psychotic stalker.
