Shaman is an overweight, bungling magician whose spells almost never turn out correctly. But in Chicken Spots and Big Top Bang Bang, they worked. In 4 Eyes - 2 Minds, he said that Turtle may be smart, but that he and Clown are "wise guys" (as in smart-mouthed). His magic is barely functioning because he normally recites the chants from his book incorrectly, such as reading it upside down or mistranslating the spells.
