Master Mi's Cow is new character added in Netflix's Pucca: Love Recipe. He belongs to Master Mi and Granny. It is given a bigger role in a later episode.
Biography[]
The cow is first seen in episode 19, The Search for Rice. The cow ran away from the farm (though it is possible that Tobe stole him for his ruse). Without the cow, farming the rice would be difficult for Master Mi. A fact, Granny was nagging him about.
While Fyah, Casano, and the chefs did the cow's work of farming the rice, which was a lot of work. Tobe, pretend to be Master Mi and used the cow as an excuse to stall them from getting the rice. He had Garu try to clean, brush, and get the cow to exercise. Though at every turn, Pucca bested Tobe's delays.
Both plans would go awry when Pucca used a red bandana to irritate to cow. This caused it to attack Tobe and eventually Fyah and the men. This left Pucca and Garu to get the rice, as thanks for finding the cow. The cow would be seen again with the elderly couple in "Valentine's Day".
He's given a bigger role in episode 25, "Ring Ring the Cow". In this, Ring Ring turned into a female cow. And she is apparently stolen by The Pirates to be either sold, used for labor, or for meat consumption. She befriends Master Mi's cow, who immediately takes a liking to her. And as a cow, it looks like she returned the feelings, as he protected her from the other cows' bullying.
Ring Ring apparently sacrifices her life to save him and the other cows from the pirates. But this was all a dream, as she awoke and saw Master Mi and Granny affectionally calling the cow their baby. However, the cow turned and smiled at Ring Ring. Ring Ring in returned seemed to be glad the cow was alright.
