Lazlo Gotzlotovitch is a rich and super famous (as described by Ching) playboy who falls for Pucca in the episode Prince Not So Charming. Garu tries to help him win the love of Pucca in order to get her off his back, but ultimately does not succeed.
Biography[]
At the docks of Sooga Village, a group of fangirls waited for Lazlo. When he arrived in a yacht filled with girls, he saw and fell in love with Pucca, but she pushed him away because she was chasing after Garu. He decides to try and win her love, excusing her behavior as "acting shy". While Pucca was chasing Garu, Lazlo blockaded Garu's boat with his yacht and managed to catch Pucca. In another attempt to win her love, he threw all the girls on the yacht off to show that he cared for her only, but Pucca also threw him off the yacht to an island where Garu ended up. Garu explained to Jasper that he could help Lazlo gain Pucca's affections. Later, when Pucca realized that she was kissing Lazlo (who was dressed as Garu), she lured him to Tobe's house, where he was beaten up and thrown out of.
When he landed in and looked around Pucca's bedroom, he realized that if he wanted to win the heart of his love, he would have to get rid of Garu, her infatuation. He had Garu shipped off to an island, telling Pucca that he won't come in between them anymore. Pucca became so angry that she kicked a soccer ball so hard at him, sending him into a volcano that blew him far across the sky and back into his yacht. Lazlo was last seen leaving Sooga Village in his yacht, injured and commenting on the loss of his love, while Jasper collected all the girls he'd thrown away.

- Also, Lazlo speaks broken English.
