Jasper is Lazlo Gotzlotovitch's butler who is always at his service. He only appears in the episode Prince Not So Charming.
Biography[]
When they first arrive, they are greeted by fangirls. Jasper is the first to greet the girls, asking for their numbers and names by alphabetical order for Lazlo.
Lazlo quickly falls for Pucca and tries many attempts to get her affection. When Lazlo requires music to "think", Jasper appears whenever he's called upon. Upon the first time to "think", Garu intervenes and silently tries to get Lazlo's attention. Jasper misinterprets Garu at first, saying he wanted to eat Lazlo's shoes. He then corrects himself, stating that Garu can help him "win" Pucca.
Though Garu wanted Pucca to be distracted so he could fish in peace. That plan also fails as Pucca leads the Lazlo, who disguised as Garu to gain her affection, to Tobe's lair to get beaten up. Lazlo would eventually end up in Pucca's room and sees her many photos of Garu.
He calls upon Jasper who appears literally out of nowhere. To which he responds "Its about time sir," as he turns on music. Lazlo with Jasper's help put Garu in a box and ship him off to an island. Though Garu enjoyed it seeing it as peace and quiet. Lazlo would again try to get Pucca's attention and brought up his plan, while Jasper played violin.
Clearly his actions angered her, which Jasper tried to warn his employer. Though by the time Lazlo realized this, he was kicked with a soccer ball by Pucca and gained many painful injuries. Lazlo gave up and claimed he'd never know love again. Though Jasper himself didn't really believe that. He's shown helping the "fangirls" Lazlo had shot off his yacht earlier. He replies they'll just be down below, just in case his employer changed his mind.
Personality[]
Jasper is dedicated to serving Lazlo and appears whenever Lazlo calls upon him. He's used to his employer's lifestyle.
