Synopsis[]

Ring Ring's latest plan to remove Pucca involves a robotic version of Garu. First attacking the delivery girl and later romancing her, the bot has a difficult job to do. It's just made harder with the interference of a wrathful Tobe.

Plot[]

Ayo brings Ring Ring a huge mail parcel which she reveals contains a life-sized Garu robot. The boy is confuse by this but at that moment, Tobe arrives as he'd been called over by the heiress. Seeing the imitation of his rival and thinking its real, the dark ninja tries to attack but Ring Ring uses her remote control to activate the robot's rocket fist, knocking him out. Having demonstrated her new gadget, Ring Ring declares her plan to have this fake get rid of Pucca for her. Ayo honestly comments on Ring Ring's evil nature which makes her mad before she orders him out to deliver a letter to Garu.

Garu is meditating on a tree top when he receives the letter. It is addressed from Uncle Dumpling, requesting he get an octopus from a far away ocean. The boy heads out to fetch one.

Ring Ring finds Pucca driving her scooter through town and after locking in her picture as the robot's target, sends it towards her. The robot stands in the road, seeming to offer a hug, but when Pucca happily goes towards it, it starts launching rocket fists at her. Surprised but undaunted, the delivery girl brings out a tennis racket and happily bats away the multiple flying hands. Ching is walking by and sees them, thinking they are just playing a game. After Pucca deflects the last fist and reveals to have made a heart pattern out of them, Ching declares her the winner to Ring Ring's annoyance.

Later at the Goh-Rong Restaurant, Pucca is happily kissing the robot and while Abyo makes a request for "Garu" to go sparring, he is ignored. Ring Ring reactivates the robot's attack-mode and it shoots a laser at Pucca, but the beam is deflected and starts bounding around the dinning hall. The patrons misunderstand this to be a laser party and once Santa brings out a disco ball, they all start dancing while a live laser is bouncing around them. Ring Ring catches herself dancing and commands the robot to blast Pucca, but the girl proves too tough, so they must retreat.

Back in Ring Ring's room, Garu-bot is on the charger while Ring Ring mopes. Ayo innocently prods her wounds but she isn't giving up, looking through the bots capabilities until finding another tactic to use: romance.

Later at the Goh-Rong, Pucca is working when the Garu-Bot returns, offering her flowers with a flirty look. She falls for it right away and after he gives her a heart-shaped shell necklace, she is fully hooked. The chefs are delighted for their niece while the other villagers likewise congratulate her love finally coming true. Ring Ring gives her own sarcastic congratulations while Tobe reveals he is still not over the punch from earlier.

Pucca and Garu-bot sail off for a cruise around the word together. Ring Ring is glad to see her rival go, but Tobe has snuck onboard the ship with his ninjas and attacks the couple. The robot - still in romance mode - defends itself while flirting with Tobe to his confusion and the amusement of his minions. After it nearly kisses him, Tobe chucks the bot into the ocean to which Pucca punches him off the boat so she can rescue her fake companion.

Ring Ring stands on Sooga's dock with Ayo, gloating of her brilliance in getting rid of Pucca. However, the boy points out Pucca coming back with the half-drowned robot. Pulling up on the sand, Pucca gives the bot mouth to mouth and while it is saved, it suddenly malfunctions to be even more in love with Pucca. Ring Ring can't override it and Ayo helpfully reboots the program which does snap the robot out of its romantic state. However, while Ring Ring and Ayo bicker about the remote, it falls and takes a picture of Ring Ring, making her the robot's new target. She runs away from this pursuit.

The villagers return to the beach at the commotion, noticing Pucca has returned from her vacation. The real Garu has also just come back with the octopus he was told to catch. Pucca heads right for him and everyone assumes the couple came back from missing home, never suspecting there was any trickery. Garu dodges Pucca by putting the octopus between them and she accidently kisses it instead. This hurts her feelings and Garu feels sorry, but she recovers quick and kisses him instead to his disgust. In the background, Ring Ring tries to outrun her own creation and faceplants into the surf.
